1. You have 10 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date the products were received. If this item is in your possession more than 10 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS! Shipping cost is bear by both seller and buyer in half.
2. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order No.
3. We will refund YOUR FULL WINNING BID AMOUNT, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller reaches an agreement. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
4. We will bear all the shipping cost if the product(s) is (are) not as advertised.
5. If you are not satisfied when you receive your item, please return it within 14 days for a replacement or money back. Please contact me before you return it.
6. If item is defective in 3 months, We will send you a replacement without extra charger, or offer refund after we receive the defective item.
7. If item is defective after 3 months, you can still send it back to us. We will send you a new one after receiving the defective item. But you have to pay the extra shipping fee.
8. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your order number. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
9. Please DO NOTE that we DO NOT refund or send free replacement if the defective or damages caused by improper use, especially damaged by high voltage, but we will provide repairing service with repairing charge.
10. If it is NOT our quality issue, we will not responsible for any shipping freight cost and will collect 5% -10% of the payment cost as service and handing charges.
11. Our quality inspection team will check the returned defective items to analyze that it is our quality issue or not, and we will inform buyer the analyzing results be email.
