XL Unitized Discs are a great choice for light deburring, and blending, as they provide a consistent, uniform finish. These discs are smear resistant and have a long life. 6AM – Capable of heavier deburring and surface finishing. 2SF & 2AM – light deburring and removal of imperfections without altering base material. GFP – Green Final Polish wheels will leave a bright “mirror like” final finish on a variety of metals. They will not alter part geometry and do not require compound! CP Unitized Discs – Better choice for light weld bead and weld splatter removal and heavy deburring and finishing applications. 3AM, 5AM, 7AM – High performance engineered grain.
